Background: Obama becomes president and his old senate seat is vacant. Obama was a senator of Illinois and Rob blagojevich was the governor of illinois so he tried to sell the vacant seat. He was caought in the act trying to sell it.
Pathos: "And its not about me as much as it is about not shaming my daughters," (Blagojevich 1). Blagojevich tries to distract people from the main issue by talking about his family. Blagojevich also states, "It is painful to be in a position like this" (Blagojevich 1). In this statement Blagojevich tries to get sympathy from the people by acting like the victim.
Ethos: No he does not have good ethos to me and is not trustworthy. Even though there is definite proof of him committing a crime, he still denies all accusations.
